- Payment timing
- Charges start according to the terms shown in Stripe Checkout. The free trial does not automatically result in a charge. The 30-day free trial begins on the date the first valid customer response is received. A Stripe subscription is created only if you choose to continue with Standard and complete the application through Stripe Checkout. For an application made during the free trial, the current implementation sets Stripe’s trial_end based on the end time of the free trial. Where needed to meet Stripe’s acceptance requirements at the time of application, the charge start time may be adjusted by up to 48 hours.
- Service availability
- The online service is provided according to registration and payment status. The free trial begins when the first valid customer response is received. If you do not choose Standard, the store moves to Free when the trial ends.
- Cancellation
- Cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. You can continue using Standard until the end of the subscription period, after which the store moves to Free. The same QR codes already issued remain usable after the move to Free.
- Returns and cancellation
- Misekoe is a digital service and subscription, so there are no physical goods to return. No prorated refund is provided for the remaining subscription period after cancellation, except where a refund is required by law.
